From Food Lion at corner of Dominion and Great Bridge: Take I-464 North to I-64 West. At end of I-64 merge Right on to US-58 West towards Suffolk. Turn Left on Quay Road (VA-189) shortly before Franklin. Turn Left on to US-258 South. Ramp is just after Nottaway River Bridge on left hand side.
